I began blogging in 2004 and serially
blogging two years later. Most of my blog posts a humorous, mostly of them cynical,
and often that cynicism is turned inward upon myself and my assumed persona of
a tightwad Yorkshireman.
By the early months of 2009, off work with
a broken ankle, I began to put together a book of posts from that three year
period and I called it Twaddle precisely because that’s what most of it is.
I love to have a go at the establishment and
establishment figures, but I’m equally at home taking the piss out of ordinary
people and their often bizarre antics. And as far as I’m concerned there’s
little that is sacred other than race or religious persecution.
I self published Twaddle from DW using
lulu, in the summer of 2009.
There’s little more to be said about it
other than enjoy the three sample posts that follow, then order a copy of the book to chuckle over the remainder..
